Lovely hotel, with a restaurant, fitness center, and bar.how innovative! Also, the location and events area were quite delightful.
Oh, who needs good internet and a health club, or a beachfront location anyway? So overrated.

I didint feel like vacation. Rooms are small. Staff very rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was bad because fruits were old. The hotel facilities were so tiny. I don't recommend. Terrible place for children.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the beach! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. They even kept our belongings safe for us when we had to leave and return later. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. we were impressed with the service and the quality of this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel seemed newly renovated. Room was large and well appointed. Location was good.
Service at breakfast was a bit lacking. They would run out of things and you had to ask multiple times for it to be replenished. The quality and variety of the food was good, though.

All the staff were extremely helpful, but especially the two women who were on the night shift. They were our heroes!

The location is very good, easy access to the beach. The recently renovated beach walk way is safe clean and very nice, you can have long walks along the Avenida Boa Viagem. At the hotel, the breakfast is wonderful, and the rooms are very clean, spacious and well decorated with a beautiful ocean view. The staff are polity and friendly.
Just a suggestion: They should look into a better way to have a designated access for guests coming from the beach and avoid them to use the same main elevators or going through the main entrance. Thank you

The staff were extremely friendly and fairly friendly and provided good service. Location: the hotel was really close to various restaurants in the area and both shopping malls on Recife and the airport and Recife as a base for corporate clients. Had nice dainties at Pavlova, located just next door to the venue.

Staff was awesome...took care of all our needs
The price I though was too high...we were charged an additional 25% with the third person in the room which I though was steep

friendly staff, room view, clean, facilities are in new condition
too expensive, not really luxurious, small pool and leisure area, small things not well maintained (e.g. a door knob fell off, loose wall plug)
